Cat Mountain Keeper — Terms of Use

Effective: October 27, 2026 · Operator: RDSOFT (contact: seolsanta@gmail.com) 1. About These terms govern your use of the mobile game "Cat Mountain Keeper" (the "Game") provided by RDSOFT ("we"). 2. Use The Game is free and contains ads. Your progress is saved on your device, so uninstalling the Game or changing devices may lose your progress. Play with Friends is an optional feature that lets up to 4 players share a room using a friend code; if our server is unavailable or the connection drops, you can keep playing on your own. 3. Coins and items Coins, goods, gear and furniture exist only inside the Game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game. Trades at a friend's shop use in-game coins only. Anything obtained through bugs or abuse may be removed. 4. Prohibited conduct You must not: (a) use cat names that offend others (insults, hate, sexual content, personal information, etc.); (b) exploit bugs, use cheating tools or attack the server; (c) use another person's device or information. We may change names, reset records or restrict access for violations. 5. Ads The Game shows Google AdMob rewarded ads. Watching is optional, and rewards are given only after the ad is watched to the end. To prevent excessive viewing, ads have a minimum interval and a daily limit. 6. Changes and termination We may change the Game, or suspend or end it for maintenance, outages or operational reasons. We will announce shutdowns in the Game in advance. 7. Limitation of liability The Game is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or problems with your device. 8. Privacy Personal information is handled under our separate Privacy Policy. 9. Changes to these terms We will announce changes in the Game; continuing to use the Game means you accept them. 10.
