Janhyang: Shaman's Echo — Privacy Policy

Effective: October 30, 2026 Operator: RDSOFT (contact: seolsanta@gmail.com) RDSOFT ("we") provides the mobile game "Janhyang: Shaman's Echo" (the "Game"). This policy explains what is processed and why. 1. Information kept only on your device The Game has no sign-up or login. We do not collect your email, phone number or real name. - Saved progress (Continue), language, number of ads and tarot readings today, whether you agreed to AI readings, and a random device number: stored only on your device and removed when you uninstall the Game. - Birth date, time and place entered in Saju and Compatibility: used on your device to calculate the reading. 2. AI readings (optional) — our server and AI companies "Baek Sori's summary" in Tarot, Saju and Face Reading is written by an AI. Data is sent only after you agree in the notice shown the first time. If you decline, you still see the basic reading. - What is sent: for Tarot, the drawn card numbers and your topic; for Saju, the pillar numbers calculated from your birth date and time, and the current year; for Face Reading, the face proportion numbers and the options picked; plus a random device number and the language. Your name, contacts and the raw birth date are not sent. - Route: your device -> our server (rdsoft.info) -> an AI company (OpenAI, or Anthropic). AI companies do not use API data to train their models and may keep it for a limited time (up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring, under their own policies. - Our server does not store readings. To prevent abuse it counts daily use with hashes of the device number and IP (values that cannot be turned back), deleted the next day. 3. Face Reading photos (optional, Android) "Read my selfie" opens the camera only after you agree in its consent window. - Front photo: analysed on your device to find face landmarks (MediaPipe) and compute proportions; the photo is deleted as soon as the analysis ends and never leaves the device. - Side photo: to read the ear shape, only a small crop of the ear is sent through our server to an AI company. Our server does not store it, and the original photo is deleted from the device right away. - Photos you pick from your album are not deleted (they are yours). 4. Reporting an AI reading If you tap [Report AI reading], that summary text and a hash of the device number are stored on our server. They are used only to improve the readings and deleted within a year. 5. Advertising (third party) The Game shows Google AdMob rewarded ads, only when you choose to watch one. To serve and measure ads, Google may process the advertising ID, approximate location, device information and ad interactions under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings, and on iOS you choose whether to allow tracking. Where consent is required (e.g. the EU) a consent form is shown first. Ad content is limited to the Teen (T) rating. 6. Sharing We do not sell or share information with third parties, except the AI companies above (to write readings) and Google (ads). 7. Your rights Our server holds no records with your name. To delete a report or for any question, write to seolsanta@gmail.com. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Game asks for AI consent again. 8.
