Zigzag Stairs — Privacy Policy

Effective: October 16, 2026 Operator: RDSOFT (contact: seolsanta@gmail.com) RDSOFT ("we") provides the mobile game "Zigzag Stairs" (the "Game"). This policy explains what we process and why. 1. What we process and why The Game has no sign-up or login. We do not collect email, phone number or real name. - Device identifier: a random value created on your device the first time the Game runs. Used to save your records, points and items and to prevent abuse. - Nickname: the name you choose. Shown to other players in rankings and multiplayer. - Country: your device's region setting (e.g. KR). Shown as a flag in rankings and multiplayer. - Game records: steps, combos, wins, story progress, level, chests, trophy points, items and plays. Used to run the Game, rankings and rewards. - Lobby chat and reports: short lobby chat messages (30 characters) are relayed to other players; reported messages are reviewed to act against abuse. - Usage data: game results and sessions, app version, operating system and language. Used to fix and balance the Game. - Connection data: IP address when connecting to our server. Used to operate the server and prevent excessive or abusive requests (not stored in our database; kept in web server access logs for 30 days). 2. Advertising (third party) The Game shows Google AdMob ads. Google may process your advertising ID, device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads, under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings; on iOS you choose whether to allow tracking. Where consent is required (e.g. the EU), a consent form is shown first. 3. Retention and deletion - Device identifier, nickname and game records: kept until you ask us to delete them, then deleted without delay. - Usage data: 90 days. - Monthly ranking records: 6 months after the season ends. - Reported chat: 6 months after handling. - Backups: 14 days. Deleted data disappears from backups within 14 days. - Longer only where the law requires. 4. Sharing We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except Google's processing for ads described above. Our server is hosted in South Korea (Smileserv iwinv). 5. Your rights You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. You can delete your data from the server and device right away in Settings → Delete my data, or email seolsanta@gmail.com with your nickname and we will act without delay. Uninstalling the Game only removes data on your device; use one of these to delete server records. 6. Children The Game is not directed to children under 14 (13 where applicable). If we learn we processed a child's data without parental consent, we delete it. If you choose "Under 14" in the Game, free-text chat is turned off (preset quick messages only) and ads are requested with child-protection settings (no personalized ads). 7. Security Communication with our server is encrypted (HTTPS) and requests are signed to prevent forgery. Server access is limited to the operator. 8. Contact RDSOFT · seolsanta@gmail.com 9.
