Zigzag Stairs — Terms of Use

Effective: October 17, 2026 · Operator: RDSOFT (contact: seolsanta@gmail.com) 1. About These terms govern your use of the mobile game "Zigzag Stairs" (the "Game") provided by RDSOFT ("we"). 2. Use The Game is free and contains ads. Your records are saved with a device identifier, so uninstalling the Game or changing devices may lose your progress. When there are not enough players, AI players provided by us may join multiplayer matches and appear in rankings. AI players never receive rewards; ranking rewards are given by rank among real players. 3. Points and items Trophy points, plays, chests and items exist only inside the Game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Anything obtained through bugs or abuse may be removed. 4. No objectionable content We have **zero tolerance for objectionable nicknames and chat**, including insults, hate, sexual content, harassment, sharing personal information and spam. You must not: (a) use nicknames or chat that offend or harass others; (b) exploit bugs, use cheating tools or attack the server; (c) use another person's device or information. You can **report** or **block** players in the lobby. We review reports and may mute chat, change nicknames, reset records or restrict access. 5. Ads The Game shows Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards are given only after the ad is watched to the end. 6. Changes and termination We may change the Game, or suspend or end it for maintenance, outages or operational reasons. We will announce shutdowns in the Game in advance. 7. Limitation of liability The Game is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or problems with your device. 8. Privacy Personal information is handled under our separate Privacy Policy. 9. Changes to these terms We will announce changes in the Game; continuing to use the Game means you accept them. 10.
